\u0130\u015fbu s\u00f6zle\u015fmenin konusu; Al\u0131c\u0131\u2019n\u0131n Sat\u0131c\u0131\u2019ya ait https:\/\/www.poficik.com<\/use><\/svg><\/span><\/a> internet sitesi \u00fczerinden sipari\u015fini verdi\u011fi, nitelikleri ve sat\u0131\u015f fiyat\u0131 belirtilen \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 ve teslimi ile ilgili olarak 6502 say\u0131l\u0131 T\u00fcketicinin Korunmas\u0131 Hakk\u0131nda Kanun ve Mesafeli S\u00f6zle\u015fmeler Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi h\u00fck\u00fcmleri gere\u011fince taraflar\u0131n hak ve y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fcklerinin belirlenmesidir.<\/p>

3. S\u00f6zle\u015fme Konusu \u00dcr\u00fcn Bilgileri<\/strong><\/h2>

4. Genel H\u00fck\u00fcmler<\/strong><\/h2>

4.1. Al\u0131c\u0131, s\u00f6zle\u015fme konusu \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn temel nitelikleri, sat\u0131\u015f fiyat\u0131, \u00f6deme \u015fekli, teslimat ve cayma hakk\u0131 hakk\u0131nda \u00f6n bilgilendirildi\u011fini ve bu bilgileri elektronik ortamda onaylad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kabul eder.<\/p>

4.2. Sat\u0131c\u0131, s\u00f6zle\u015fme konusu \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc eksiksiz, sipari\u015fte belirtilen niteliklere uygun ve varsa garanti belgeleri ile birlikte teslim etmekle y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcd\u00fcr.<\/p>

4.3. \u00dcr\u00fcn, yasal 30 g\u00fcn<\/strong> s\u00fcresi a\u015f\u0131lmamak kayd\u0131yla, sipari\u015f s\u0131ras\u0131nda belirtilen s\u00fcre i\u00e7inde Al\u0131c\u0131\u2019ya veya g\u00f6sterdi\u011fi adresteki ki\u015fi\/kurulu\u015fa teslim edilir.<\/p>
